yeah, I phoned up expecting it to be free and ended up just paying it, A$79 not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things and I’ve (somehow) made it this far through life without messing up a booking and needing to get it changed so I suppose I’ll file the money under “education expenses” on this occasion.
