They do, actually. Not discount fares, but they offer a D fare, at least on some routes (I tried SYD-LHR). It's routable via both oceans and is just a mileage fare -- any routing that you want, maximum mileage 14,889, for A$11184 RT plus taxes. There's a Z fare for FRA for slightly less.
Of course, that's about 2x what the going rate via Asia seems to be.
