Let me flip this. You check in, expecting to pay 100 per night, then get billed 200 then expend effort getting it fixed to 100. In the end you didnt pay any more. Would you just shrug and move on? Or would complaining about having to expend effort on a property shortcoming be derided as "petty"?
What about club access? You have to come down and argue to get it?
The property should just eat the pittance of the 100 dollars and learn. That's what good management does.
