There appear to be several of these room types available as it’s off season at this destination. Alternatively there’s a 3rd Room type available too With a King Bedroom and another Bedroom with two Twin beds which would be perfect also.

I guess what I’m getting at is what do you think her chances are of getting upgraded to the Two Bedroom King Queen being an Explorist since it’s a Hyatt House?
I don't know if there is a "premium suite" category at a HH. I would call and ask if they see such an award. But it seems unlikely to be able to just pay $20 to upgrade, and I've not known HH to do those sort of pay to upgrade things anyway.
