Some updates on my case:
The hotel sale director said my meeting was post to Group Posting Tools at Oct 30th. Below is what she gave me.

Could someone please check whether this is right format from GPT? I haven't got any congratulation email from Marriott about my reward event.
How long does it take to receive the congratulation email after posted by GPT?
