I can't even begin to tell you how lame this is. I get that you want to do targeted offers. Fine. But why the delay?? How can it possibly take 2-3 days to figure out what my offer is? Are you using abacuses and chiseling the offer for me? Surely its pretty simple - member looks like X, make them offer Y. Even if it is more complex, it still has to just be math.

I've got tons of travel to book and I'm not waiting around - Hyatt is offering double points. Pretty easy decision in my mind.
