BTW, I'm flying to the US tomorrow and have united flights as part of my LH ticket. In amadeus the RL command didn't yield and UA PNR number, so out of curiousity I plugged in the amadeus PNR into the UA.com website. To my surprise it pulled up the LH booking and showed the UA/Shares PNR code there. Maybe you could try it out with the AI PNR to see what happens. ^
i called ua to get the pnr the first time i used ai miles to book on ua....they weren't able to pull up the info....
the ai pnr doesn't work on ua....tried that as well....
the amadeus pnr works on some airlines....it used to work on 9w & works on dl as well....never tried it on ua though....
