For Nagoya, there really isn't a good choice. Unless you have to spend the night in the city, maybe better off staying at a ryokan in the mountains
Looks like they haven't loaded rates for July yet (or are sold out), will email them. It's just a short stop in Nagoya, I can deal with slumming it for two nights, I'd prefer to be centrally located to quickly get to/from Sumo and see whatever the sights are in the city.
