Flying out of MNL this Thursday night at 9:30 pm on Royal Brunei to BWN. First time flying out of MNL and first time on Royal Brunei.

With no bags to check, what time should I get to the airport? What should traffic be like from City of Dreams at that time of day? Assuming I’m flying out of T3 (?), is the PP lounge there worth visiting? Thanks.
