They don't send out the brag tags if you re-qualify for the same status until the start of the new year. If you have qualified with that status for the first time, they typically send them out a few weeks after you achieve your status mark.

Correct, because you hit FO for the first time, they sent out the tags as soon as you qualified. If you re-qualify for FO again next year in June 2020, the new tags won't be sent out until the first of the year.
