The conversation went something like this.....
Tracon: I would like to make a change to a reservation
Aeroplan: Ok. There will be some change fees.
T: But I'm 100K.
A: After being put on hold, agent comes back, says I'm right and asks me what I'd like.
A: Once she had the new itinerary, I was told that I couldn't have 2 stops and a turn around.
T: Explains the original itinerary was booked before Sept. 1.
A: After being on hold again. Agent comes back and says I was right.
