Question posted I am currently a Titanium elite so does it mean I will drop to Platinum in FY2020 (Soft landing) or "Silver" ? TIA.
Lurker Answer When your current status expires it should only drop to Platinum

Just pulling some stuff together for end-of-year FAQ's. Is there a specific part of Bonvoy's online literature that 'publishes' this soft landing benefit that can be linked to ? Are we in a position to confidently state that a Bonvoy member at any of the elite levels who doesn't make requalification will be soft-landed down one level for next year ?
