so good! The contrast with the core BA is significant.
The 24 hour duty office is even better than that. They are empowered to do things in the event of irrops and do it there and then. Even followed up to make sure I’d been notified of my onward travel arrangements when all flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew and only first flight was confirmed. Transatlantic was standby (which confirmed whilst I was in the air) .
