Thumbs up A quick ^ for BA Holidays

Internet process on ba.com wouldn't let us fly JER-LGW-PUJ without adding 3,000 per person for the JER-LGW leg

Charming lady at BA Hols sorted it all out over a 20-minute phone call. Bookings, connecting flights, TATL, the hotel [with associated upgrades] and transfers.

They are so good! The contrast with the core BA is significant.

The 24 hour duty office is even better than that. They are empowered to do things in the event of irrops and do it there and then. Even followed up to make sure Id been notified of my onward travel arrangements when all flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew and only first flight was confirmed. Transatlantic was standby (which confirmed whilst I was in the air) .

+1 from me on this, booked a fairly complex package with them at the weekend and the chap I spoke to was exceptional, very engaging, knowledgeable and efficient, the sort of service that would make you use them again without hesitation.

Does anyone know if there is a specific feedback email for BA Holidays?

thanks
RC

Totally endorse this. I have never had less than exceptional service with changes, car hire etc from BA Hols. Even occasionally going beyond the T&C's, from the Duty Officer.

Good point. I have her first name, but sadly she didn’t send me her email address as she promised. As I do have a post-booking question, that would have been useful ... so no Golden Ticket today!

If its Toni she saved me from a near nervous breakdown when AA were trying to disown me on a very complex itinerary!
