Think you're exaggerating regarding limited space to BKK. There are 9 airlines flying dozens of flights a day between the 2 city pairs, I looked on google flights, there is tons of space on Oct 15th and even some flights still left on Oct 14th with space with some budget carriers to BKK. However, I will talk to ANA first, I been on hold for about 2 hours now, I think i'll eventually get through. Whether there is space on ANA's flight is another story, yeah if I wait for space with ANA as a traditional carrier with only 2-3 flights a day yeah I might wait for many days but on any carrier in any class i don't think it will take so long, but the question is if I do that if it cancels my other tickets, esp if that connecting flight was cancelled.
ANA will either eventually rebook your cancelled flight onto another one or refund your miles since your trip hasn't started. On an award ticket, ANA will be more reluctant to reroute you on another carrier than if it's a cash ticket. You could ask ANA if they'll allow you to skip the TYO-BKK segment and resume your trip from BKK but if ANA doesn't allow it, your onward flights (BKK return) will be cancelled. And if they do allow it, you are solely responsible for getting there.

The other issue is unless you have a valid onward flight from TYO when you attempt to check in for your MEX flight, you probably will not be allowed to board.
