That's not something that can be figured out once and then know for eternity. BofA is
constantly changing things, not announcing most changes, and not even applying all changes equally to all people.
Meanwhile, getting data points on Alaska business cards is tricky, because a lot of people who apply for the Alaska business card are doing so because they apply mostly for business cards everywhere (to try to stay below Chase's 5/24), and thus datapoints for people in other circumstances who apply for Alaska business cards are few and far between. (And most people don't explain their situation thoroughly enough anyway.)
And finally BofA has their own special "roadblocks" they love to throw into business card applications, like asking for some many documents (including full tax returns) that half of the applicants just seem to abandon their application (resulting in no datapoints about either approval or denial, only datapoints about the applications process).
So all we can say is that we don't yet have datapoints of someone being denied an Alaska business card due to LOL/24. However, we also don't seem to have datapoints of
very recent Alaska business card applications being approved despite the applicant documenting that they were LOL/24.
