I was at Tokyo during last month's Typhoon no. 15. A day after typhoon NRT was pretty much back to usual in terms of flight schedule, but catering could not have supply delivered. Flights had small plastic plate of meal, no bread, no salad, no sweet, nothing else. It was same in First and Business. Yes, First and Business class passengers got served same small plastic plate meal served in economy and that was it.
