I recently flew Emirates and got a skywards account. As I will not be flying Emirates for the foreseeable future, I want to transfer my points to Heathrow Rewards. Unfortunately, my travel agent miswrote my name (my last name consist of two words) and when I tried to transfer my miles, it was cancelled because of the discrepancy in name between the two accounts. SoÇ how do I change my Skywards account name_
