I suspect that the Pres Plus Card can earn up to 10K PQP because it was the only card that gave EQM with spend. Plus to get the 10K PQP you need to spend $240K - like the $250K required for waiver on DL AmEx.

Many people who cancelled their Pres Plus card likely wish they kept it.

I am surprise that the non-segment PQP isn't higher. 54 segments is not that much. On AA you can qual on segment but AA raised it from 100 to 120 segments. 54 is too low.

The PQP for non segment earn (54) should be double to $36K (from $24K). Basically double the number for all levels and then quantify GS at $72K spend.
