Why? There are tons of other FFPs to credit to and airlines to fly with, particularly if you're a non-US resident flying out of a competitive hub like LHR. For me, it looks like I'll stop crediting to UA come 2020 but will continue to use my Premier Gold benefits until they run out on Feb 2021.
