Apparently Delta codes their flights as First Class, and a search for Business Class on Amextravel.com won't include the "or higher" than most other sites will. So you have to specifically search First Class for Delta flights, apparently. Once I did that, the flight I wanted came right up.

A call to the customer service center came up empty, so that was just wasted time. Hence I wanted to post here BEFORE calling hoping someone could tell me what I was doing wrong. I'm posting this so hopefully someone in the future can come across this solution to my specific problem.

Pretty dumb interface if you ask me, but obviously we all knew that already.
The issue is not with the coding from Delta. Amex Travel shows domestic business class as first class for all domestic routes as far as I can tell. When I search my normal TPA/DFW route, nothing comes up in business class. Delta, AA & Untied all come up teaching first class.

I don't think AMEX got the memo when domestic carriers changed F/C to business class.
