MCO and OGG are Ultimate Choice locations; JHM isn't.

Ultimate Choice is somewhat like Emerald Aisle; please see Questions/Discussion About Hertz Ultimate Choice Service

JHM will be just the base 5 Star benefits as described in the Hertz link above.

The CDP for your local AAA Club is always a decent place to start when pricing rentals.
I don't see that you can use Marriott Bonvoy as a status match. It says only another rental car agency.
