Points for event spend not posting
I booked a corporate meeting and dinner at a Marriot hotel. We spent about $4K. Before I booked the meeting, I asked the event coordinator at the hotel to confirm that I could link my Marriott number to the event and receive the points. She said no problem.
I still haven't received the points for the event and it's been 2 weeks. Is there an easy way to request the missing points? I know you can do this for missing stays, but this was an event, not a room.
