Domestic First Rebranded Business o/a Sep 2019
Thanks. I figured the re-branding of domestic first to business was the cause of the issue but have had so many issues with BXP1s getting improperly applied that I just always default to something being wrong. The flight isn't for another month so maybe they'll fix the glitch by then.

EDIT: I twatted AA and got this response "The ticket is issued in Main Cabin, and your itinerary is in Business. This will have to be exchanged before you're able to check in. Give our Meeting Services team a call to make the updates to your record."

I then called Meeting Services again and this agent said BXP1 upgraded tickets can't check in online and need to be done at the airport. They said the ticket shouldn't be reissued and that can cause "issues".

For people who have used BXP1's in the last few months have you been able to check in online or did you have to do it at the airport? I don't remember it being this complicated.
