The Oregonian reviewed the bar (OUI!) fairly harshly, saying the one good thing about it is that it makes every other bar in Portland look good. We had a glass of wine there and had no complaints. Comfy Radisson bed, but yes, VERY millennial / hipster focused. Great location though.
Just completed a 4 night stay and had similar experience. It is Radisson's version of Aloft or Moxy.
As a Platinum elite, received upgrade to high floor corner superior room. Very spacious, nice views
It is in a great location.
The decor is too loud for me, but I am not a millenial. Bright bold colors crazy wallpaper, etc
Breakfast: Choice of pre packaged boxed meal that was microwaved in the back kitchen.
2pm late checkout proactively offered.
