I'm thinking of booking a room with 2 double beds at the Andaz Mayakoba. I'll be a Globalist by the time of this stay, and I'm crossing my fingers for a complimentary suite upgrade. Basically, my preference is: suite (any setup) > 2 double beds standard room > 1 king bed standard. Since in case I don't get upgraded I do prefer the 2 double beds, I'd rather reserve that if I'll still be in consideration for upgrades. But if I won't or it makes it less likely, then I'll just choose a king.
