Lots of staff on duty at check in (and check-out). I received a huge paper bag with two bottles of water and chocolate wafer bars..
Hmm.. I was not offered this even as a Diamond...however the associate checking me in was in my opinion not the most bothered, so I guess it was because she forgot. Not a biggie, but seems staff are not all well trained to be consistent...
And the water in the room was not replenished....
