In your case:
30 - 0 - 60 = 0 rollover nights.

However, if during 2020 you stay 30 nights, you would qualify for Silver status with 10 nights, and 20 nights would roll over to 2021. Then in 2021 you would have a nice head start towards recovering Gold or Diamond, yet you would still be Diamond until 31 March 2021.
