Unless the contactless chip is in the new Mastercard and not labeled with the tap symbol (which is likely against MC rules), Capital One had to leave out the contactless part. It is too bad they have to discuss or allow Walmart to have control on this aspect. I was thinking all of Capital One cards are available in contactless now, but maybe I am wrong (Chase Visa and AmEx are the other issuers with that as well I think). And we all know Costco went the opposite direction with no tap support at the stores, but issued the card from day 1 as such.
