I believe the flight arrives around 12:30 am or 1:00 am, but I figure it will be another hour, at least, before I'm done with customs and immigration, etc.
T3 serves international flights.
If you arrive T3 that Spa with sleep room is on the shopping/foodcourt, one level above departure. IIRC you should be able to get there without th "No I Dee, No Entree" game.
