It's pretty normal for (KLM) seat maps to disappear one or two days before check-in opens.

Just a little side note: seat maps are notoriously unreliable when it comes to load factors - not everyone chooses their seat before check-in.
If you're afraid of equipment changes just use KLM's own Flight Guide, Schiphol.nl or ExpertFlyer.
