Enter your Aeroplan number, but at the PIN/passcode prompt, press * (star) to reset your passcode. It will ask you to answer some verification questions, but don't answer to anything, just wait for the phone robot to give up and it will transfer you to an agent. Useful when you are not elite but want to jump the phone wait lines using an SE's Aeroplan number
