I agree with London here but I would have thought the on board chef would have been aware of how many passengers there were in First and what food he had on board and been able to do a calculation and not go round suggesting there was no need to order IF you wanted something specific from the menu. I do not know what happened here but when I travel with a dine anytime I always reserve my preferences as soon as possible to eat when I am ready
