Is there a way to talk to a human being without the PIN?
I haven't used Aeroplan in a couple of years and turns out that implemented this inane PIN call center scheme meanwhile. Tried to reach call center, turns out my PIN is locked. Entering the identifying information (directly from my profile page) over the phone does not work. Trying to update the PIN online does not work either. In addition their website is buggy as hell.
I am at my wits' end with this. Is there a way around this to talk to a human being?
