NO, it is not a part of priority pass. It is the Club at Blue Grass, access is granted to individuals who are members of United Club, Admirals Club, Sky Club. FWIW, I have been able to access with an Amex Plat. YMMV.

There is a restaurant on the first floor(Kentucky Ale Taproom) which is a member of the PP restaurant network which serves delicious local brews.
