"Food selections started to run out". Did they actually run out of food and when?

If yes, and it was 8 hours without food then it probably deserves something more than 10,000 miles IMO. If it's no, or a much shorter period and you just didn't like what was on offer, then that's just unfortunate. With Dine on Demand you should have had your main meal first choices reserved.
