If you really mean direct flights, this is meaningless as it's just a connection with the same flight number (despite the change of aircraft) where you earn fewer miles. For a while there was a DTW-GRU nonstop (perhaps seasonal) several days of the week, but IIRC DL has discontinued the flight totally. AFAIK there has never been a nonstop between MSP and Brazil, on any scheduled airline.
