No, I actually X-ed out of the survey. They've finally quit showing it to me after I closed it out on multiple occasions.

Apparently I was flagged for "speeding" which means they think I didn't take the survey seriously. I did read every question, but many of these things are so repetitive, you can fly right through them. Guess next time I'll take a couple bathroom breaks in between questions to slow myself down

I wonder how often that's happened to me, too. I'm retired and live alone so when they ask, "Do you or anyone in your household work in any of the following industries.." the answer is "No". I don't even need to read the list. I'm a fast reader in general and, as you said, many of the screening questions are pretty standard. I've been doing pretty well racking up points but will make a conscious effort to slow down when replying to surveys.
