On my recent flight in business class from Milan to Malta with Alitalia (BGY-FCO-MLA-FCO-MXP) I ended up with 6,000 Flying Blue miles in all. My friend, who is an Aeroflot Bonus member, received some miles a lot later (about 2 weeks) and only got 387 miles, which surely must be wrong. I will wait for one month then do a retroclaim for her. Is it possible to do it directly from the Aeroflot Bonus site, or is it a question of sending in the boarding passes?
