not aware that there was an oversell situation.
As you suspected, rolling cabins typically doesn’t happen without a justifiable cause so double upgrades very, very, very rarely occur but should they happen it’s for operational reasons, even if it wasn’t an oversell (ie innop seat) and not to “ensure that F doesn’t go out empty.”
