Really? I always thought a personal Centurion was better than a business Centurion and certainly better than a business Platinum. With the business Cent do you get Hertz Platinum? Can you use the LH FCL's, etc? I'm sitting in the MUC FCL right now waiting for a short flight to France. This has been an awesome benefit for me.

When I first got the Centurion card, nearly 20 years ago, I had a personal assistant assigned to me. It was fine, but then they changed jobs and I got another, then another. I gave up on the idea of an Amex personal assistant/concierge. You are right that the service you get is the number one value. But I get that just by randomly calling in and getting any agent who is qualified to answer Centurion calls. I'd say about 90% of the them give excellent service. And if not, just HUCA.
