I don't know a merchant with a Square Register (integrated Android-powered grey hardware), but I should be able to test with the Square Stand (iPad) with a contactless/chip reader. The contactless/chip reader can be used as a "puck" as you say Bluetoothed to a phone/iPad OR installed in a weighted angled holder that is plugged into a Square Stand.
