eUpgrade Expiry
eUpgrades generally expire at the end of February of the benefit year in which they are awarded. However, I have had eUpgrades awarded toward the end of a calendar year that have carried over until the end of the following benefit year. For example, I will have 20 additional eUpgrades that will be awarded after passing the 100K threshold after the beginning of October, which I assume will expire on February 29th, 2020. After what date do awarded eUpgrades not expire until the following benefit year (in this case February 28th, 2021)?
