I too have had expired yogurt and after pointing out to the Flight Attendant she disposed of all the yogurts without question and then she issued each First Class customer miles from her handheld which I thought was a nice gesture, unfortunately because I credit to Flying Blue she could not credit me miles on the sport, but she somehow was able to make a report to DELTA and they sent me a certificate for $50 which I thought was way too generous actually, though I did not complain.
