I think its likely that Citi will blocked multiple bins in a short period of time. Its fairly easy to spot which bins have the same repetitive payments. i quickly switched from one to another. I am a little happy they are just blocking the bins and not shutting down my accounts. Anyone who looks at my activity would be justiified in shutting me down.
