Actually, this is incorrect about "age discrimination." Otherwise Delta wouldn't be able to require an Unaccompanied Minor Program fee based upon age, which they and other airlines have done for years.

Furthermore wouldn't that be a little contradictory? Delta, you can't charge me more or block minors from BE ticketing, but Delta you must seat us together because they are minors. That's contradictory.

Maybe Delta should just do away with BE since it's so hard for people to conform and comprehend.
