I sat next to a 6 year old boy a few years ago. Nice kid, but he wanted to talk and talk.
It was IRROPs for the family.
Mom sat 4 rows back, picked this seat for son, but took her 12 yo daughter to sit next to her. (I’m female)

FA was put off by my suggestion that she check with mom about snack.
I was asked, but wouldn’t O.K. snack for a young child not my own.
