Two more DPs.

1) I called to have my Old Program Cat 6 converted. Rep puts me on hold for 5 minutes and converts it to the New Program Cat 4. No issues.

2) Wife calls the next day, get someone who seems WOEFULLY untrained. She spends 5 minutes explaining what needs to be done. He puts her on hold while "he gets someone who knows what they're doing" to help. About 10 minutes later he tells her everything has been taken care of and she "has a new Category 5 certificate that expires in a year". Checking her account this morning, she does has a Category 5 certificate and 80,000 fewer points. They credited 75,000 or the old cert and charged 155,000 for the new, higher category cert.

I guess she came out okay?
