I tried with British line, although the ones that I talk to won't to QP91, they were not aggressively converting it.
Maybe I really had bad luck, but just to give you guys a warning.
When I call back the second supervisor even want to bait me to have it re-issued and extended on the Aug 14th, which is the date the OC6 expires. If I had agreed to that I will lose my one-year extension for the new certificate. They are really trying to rip people off these days.
