If people want to do upgrade, DON'T CALL US number anymore, as it appears that the supervisors are informed they don't allow any upgrade. I tried with British line, although the ones that I talk to won't to QP91, they were not aggressively converting it.

Maybe I really had bad luck, but just to give you guys a warning.
